Throwing Progression

The intent is for the organization to have league wide development of players arm strength. This program is simple yet effective.
Obviously, kids being on time before games & practices will help this program.
Throwing prior to games may have to be adjusted for Travel Teams in tournaments with the right time frames on starting times w/games.

AAA/Majors:

2 min. @ 45 feet
2 min. @ 60 feet
2 min. @ 75 feet
2 min. @ 90 feet
2 min. @ 105 feet (some can back up further if they can handle the distance)
2 min. @ 60 feet

Babe Ruth:

2 min. @ 60 feet
2 min. @ 90 feet
2 min. @ 120 feet
2 min. @ 150 feet ( for those that can handle the distance)
2 min. @ 180 feet ( for those that can handle the distance)
2 min. @ 60 feet

These distances can always be adjusted but the 2 minute time period should stay the same.
Remember it is focused development! Not just the kids chucking the ball around, the point is strong accurate throws to a target using proper two hand catching techniques on the receiving end.
